Village in the Heights (VIH) is a wonderful organization and services could be even better if our organization were larger and more professional.
You will soon be receiving a letter from the Development Committee inviting you to participate in our fund-raising effort to build the Village’s capacity.
Our goal is to triple our membership and to increase the number of volunteers, so we have a 1:3 ratio of volunteers to members.
To accomplish these goals, we need to raise $22,000, so your participation is crucial! Contributions of any size are welcome and appreciated.
If you have an IRA and are of an age where Required Minimum Distributions (RMD’s) will affect your tax obligation, a contribution to Village in the Heights will help fulfill your RMD!

In November, a member of the Fund Development Committee will follow up to invite you to meet one-on-one to discuss the project and your level of participation.
We’re looking forward to launching our strategic planning effort to determine consensus on our future direction.
