To interact with the web site, please sign on first.

You will create your own password. (You only need to do this once, the first time you sign on.)

• Click on "sign in" from the main page.
• On the next page, click on "create or reset your password."
• Enter your email address and click on "Send me password instructions."
• You will get an email (from Helpful Village), with a link to create a password.
• Follow the link in the email back to the web site and create your password.

If you have already created a password, just click on "sign in" from the main page (upper right hand corner).

If you ever forget your password, follow the bullet point steps above and create a new one.

To create or view service requests, enter service evaluations and all other member/volunteer functions, you must sign on first.

Members:

• To create your own Service Request, click on Members/New Service Request, from the top menu.
• To look at requests that have been entered for you (by you or the office), click on Members/My Service Requests, from the top menu.

Volunteers: To look at the list of open Service Requests or to accept a volunteer request, click on Volunteers/Service Requests, from the top menu.

Members and volunteers: To enter a service evaluation, click on Volunteers/Service Evaluations, from the top menu.
